𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗮 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗲𝗻𝗼 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝘁𝘀  𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗖𝗠 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 Capcora supported the execution of two M&A transactions following the insolvency of eno energy GmbH, enabling the transfer of key operational activities and ensuring continuity for customers and employees. Between December 2025 and January 2026, eno energy systems GmbH sold its service and maintenance business to Iver - Experts in wind. In a separate transaction, eno energy’s technical and commercial management (TCM) activities were transferred to a confidential buyer, under the supervision of insolvency administrator Dr. Christoph Morgen (Brinkmann & Partner). The transactions included the handover of service infrastructure, a remote‑control centre and approximately 60 experienced specialists, as well as the continued management of multiple #wind farms under new ownership. Throughout the process, uninterrupted wind‑farm operations were maintained.
