𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝘁𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱. Capco is proud to be partnering with Scottish Financial Enterprise to deliver its 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 – a six-session development programme designed to support aspiring women leaders across Scotland through leadership development, confidence building and meaningful networking opportunities. Led by our 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗰𝗼 affinity group, with contributions from partner organisations, the programme provides participants with the skills, insights and connections needed to advance their leadership careers. A special thank you to Elaine Lee, MBA, Principal Consultant at Capco, for facilitating the first session, and to BlackRock for hosting. The session focused on creating personalised development plans through practical tools, reflection and goal-setting exercises. It was encouraging to see such strong engagement as participants explored ways to build self-awareness, overcome challenges and strengthen their leadership capabilities.
