We recently concluded the #NTUxSAP Corporate Mentoring Programme at SAP's office in Mapletree Business City. Bringing together NTU students from diverse disciplines with SAP mentors across a wide range of functions and roles, the afternoon was filled with meaningful conversations, valuable insights, and inspiring learning opportunities.   The session opened with an engaging address by Gina Vargiu-Breuer, SAP's Chief People Officer and Labor Director (also Member of the Executive Board), who shared the importance of human-centric skills in an AI-driven world. While technical competencies remain essential, capabilities such as critical thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, and effective communication continue to distinguish individuals and drive impact.   Through intimate small-group discussions, students gained practical career advice and industry perspectives from senior SAP leaders, including accomplished NTU alumni who are now with SAP. The programme concluded with a networking tea session, where mentors and students forged new connections and explored potential internship and career opportunities within SAP.   A heartfelt thank you to the SAP team, Crispian Tan and the dedicated mentors Richard Mclean, Yan Uhl, Karen Ng, Ajesh Muralidharan, Munenori Iwanaga, CPA, CIA, CRMA, HanYao Lee, Zhijie Zhang, Harsh Rao Dhanyamraju, Mitra Sachi, Alan W., Veronica Lynette Fonseca and Anna Pasimio for making this collaboration such a meaningful and impactful experience. To our NTU students, continue to stay curious, embrace lifelong learning, and build on the momentum of your career journey.   Nanyang Technological University Singapore SAP #NTUxSAP #caontusg #NTUMentorship
