We recently concluded our first-ever #NTUxBofA Code Academy + Mentoring Programme with Bank of America, marking a meaningful collaboration that brought students closer to real-world applications of technology in finance.   A select group of students from both business and non-business backgrounds took part in this highly interactive session, working in small teams to tackle a real-world business problem under the guidance of young mentors from the Global Markets Technology (GMT) team, many of whom are NTU alumni.   Beyond the hands-on experience, what truly stood out was the opportunity for authentic mentorship. The mentors shared practical insights, career perspectives, and lessons from their own journeys, helping students better navigate the transition from university to industry.   Programmes like these play an important role in bridging classroom learning with industry realities, building both capability and confidence in our students.
