The 19th run of NTU PEAK concluded last Friday after a month of interdisciplinary collaboration, ideation, and problem-solving, bringing together our largest cohort yet π Twelve student teams worked closely with industry partners and mentors to tackle real-world sustainability business challenges. Through this collaboration, students developed skills in leadership, communication, and interdisciplinary problem-solving, while organisations gained fresh perspectives from our future leaders. We spoke with some participating students to learn about their motivations for joining the programme, their key takeaways, and their advice for peers seeking to gain industry exposure. Programmes like NTU PEAK create meaningful opportunities for organisations to engage with emerging talent while exploring innovative approaches to sustainability challenges. If your organisation is interested in partnering with us in future runs, do connect with us! #caontusg #NTUPEAK #Sustainability #LeadershipDevelopment #IndustryCollaboration Lim Wei Siong ζδΌη₯₯ Lokav Srikanth, Kai Jie Cheng, Elfie Yoon, Santhiyaa Senthilkumar and Charlene Goh
