🎉 Congratulations to Brendon Bidwell and Russell Holmes, Directors of NVS Constructions, our 2025 Canon Cashmas winners.   As their business continues to grow, Brendon and Russell recently relocated NVS Constructions - co-shared with MELBENARCH - to new premises in Darch, north of Perth. The $10,000 Canon Cashmas prize will be reinvested into creating an onsite wellness centre, giving their team space to recover and recharge after demanding days in the field, with facilities including an ice bath and golf simulator.   Canon’s Regional Sales Manager Ben Gentry, alongside Perth-based Account Manager Simon Thompson, recently met with Brendon, Russell, and Naomi Saint from Melbenarch to formally present the prize and celebrate what this next chapter means for their people. In industries like construction, where the pressure on teams is real, investing in wellbeing isn’t a luxury — it’s a commitment to doing work better, together.
