Knowing when to step back is often what allows you to move forward... After years of developing AI-based traffic analytics, infrastructure inspection, image processing, vehicle counting, and smart city solutions for municipalities and public institutions through Tytovision, I have decided to close this chapter. The experience gave me a strong technical foundation, valuable field experience, and a much clearer understanding of how public-sector innovation works in practice. But I also learned that a real need in the market does not always mean there is a sustainable path for a small, agile technology company. Long decision cycles, shifting investment priorities, and the structure of public demand made it increasingly difficult to build the kind of momentum we were looking for. So rather than continuing in the same direction, we are moving our experience into a more focused and direct market. Our next chapter is GörGeç. With it, we are developing license plate recognition, smart access control, and gate automation systems for residential complexes, apartment buildings and workplaces. Our goal is to make access systems more intelligent, accessible, reliable, and easier to use. This is not an ending for me. It is a more focused new beginning.
