We're pleased to welcome Mohamed Ali to Canberra BMW as our new Service Manager. Mohamed brings a wealth of automotive experience, having worked in the industry since 2008 and full-time since 2014. A Mechanical Engineering graduate, he has spent the past 12 years building his career with leading automotive brands, including nine years with Toyota and Lexus in the Middle East and three years with Ford in Australia. Originally from Egypt and now proudly calling Australia home, Mohamed is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our team in providing the premium service our customers expect. Outside of the automotive industry, Mohamed is a former professional handball player, bringing the same discipline, teamwork and commitment to excellence into his leadership role.
