On July 8-9, I had the privilege of joining Accelerating Aon United Program in Genova-a truly unique, high impact experience that brought together amazing colleagues from across EMEA.   What really made this experience special beyond all the valuable insights and shared goals was the chance to meet in person and connect on a human level.
