The end of an era… It all started with a desire for more adventure than a random office job in a skyscraper, and ended up being a very fulfilling 20-year career in the seismic industry! Exciting projects, loads of travelling, even a new home country, and many unique colleagues: it’s difficult to hope for a better professional life really.   But today I am closing this huge chapter to focus on fulfilling my everlasting dream of sailing the world. From now on, my boss will be the weather forecast, my weekly team meetings will gather the engine, the bilge pump and the standing rigging, and my long-term strategy plan will be all about confirming that the planet is round and beautiful.   I'd like to thank everyone I have met through my years in seismic, from good old CGG Føhn to future paving STRYDE, for making it such a memorable journey! I wish you all fair winds and following seas for 2025 !
