Hi, I'm Camille — a creative scientist. 🧪✨ Some of you know me as a designer, some as a teacher — but lately, my purpose has been getting clearer, and I wanted to properly reintroduce myself with it. My purpose is simple: help people remember how to live together — and how to live with less. Not less joy. Not less connection. Less of what we don't actually need. It started back in 2014, when I founded Visit Rico — connecting people to Puerto Rico's farms through regenerative tourism. In 2020, that purpose grew further with the founding of CampoSofia, where I now serve as President. And since July 2024, I've served as Treasurer on the Board of Vision.AI.R-E — Puerto Rico's first organization merging live performing arts and technology for social impact, founded in 2022. Each step has built on the last — exploring what it looks like to create communities rooted in empathy, accessibility, and regenerative living. Spaces where our differences aren't tolerated, but embraced as part of what makes us stronger together. I believe the tools for thriving aren't complicated. They're the basics, done well: shared resources, inclusive spaces, movement (I love thinking of it as "dancing maps" — energy moving through a place, through people), and deep respect for the land we live on. Regenerative tourism. Accessibility as a design principle, not an afterthought. Teaching people to need less and connect more. That's over a decade of work, still unfolding.
