Retail activation doesn't end in-store At our pop-up with L&T Lengermann & Trieschmann in Osnabrück, the goal was never just to create a single retail moment. It was connecting physical retail, digital touchpoints and ongoing interaction into one continuous customer journey. The giveaway was the entry point. From there, the experience continued. From the shop floor to newsletters, landing pages and our WhatsApp channel, every touchpoint was designed to keep the interaction moving. Not as isolated campaigns, but as connected experiences that build on each other. Because customers no longer move through one channel at a time. They move between spaces, platforms, and moments. They expect the experience to stay with them. That is what we are building. Less focus on singular events. More focus on systems that keep people engaged – long after the first interaction.
