A date has been confirmed for the launch of free parking in Peterborough! 🚗 It will start on August 3rd, subject to approval at Peterborough City Council cabinet, on July 21st, and run Monday to Friday Free parking is part of Mayor of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Paul Bristow 's pledge to get the region moving. Free parking aims to help boost visitors to the high street, supporting businesses, jobs and tourism, and the vibrancy of the city centre. The scheme runs after 3pm, in four Peterborough City Council owned car parks.
