An HVAC company had sensors generating data across hundreds of assets — temperature, flow, pressure, equipment states — continuously. The data existed. The structure to use it didn't. Model updates were manual and inconsistent. Deployments required multiple approvals. Digital twin definitions were built by hand. Teams had no centralized visibility into what was trained, what was deployed, or why a model behaved the way it did. Calsoft built an Azure-based MLOps architecture that brought all of it together — structured telemetry ingestion, standardized training pipelines, automated CI/CD deployment, and versioned model management with full traceability.
