Norwegian owners, June 30 is around the corner; is your Transparency Act statement ready? The deadline for the annual statement under the Transparency Act (Åpenhetsloven) is fast approaching. By now, many Norwegian shipowners and maritime companies have been through this process a few times. But even in its third year, we find that many still struggle to move beyond a tick-box exercise towards the kind of due diligence that actually gives you visibility into what's happening at the yards and further down your supply chain.
