We were pleased to host an inspiring session as part of our HYPE – New Graduate Program.   During this interactive event, our distinguished guest speaker, Prof. Dr. Osman Saim Dinç, Board Member of Çalık Enerji, shared valuable insights drawn from his extensive career journey and sectoral expertise. His perspectives on the future of the energy landscape, coupled with key developments in the defense industry, provided participants with a comprehensive and forward-looking outlook.   The session was particularly impactful for our young engineers, offering practical career guidance, a strong emphasis on continuous development, and valuable recommendations for sustaining high levels of motivation in professional life.
