Ready to take action on your next adventure? We’ve got exciting seasonal opportunities waiting for you in the Angeles District Maintenance Program! We’re hiring seasonal team members to support park maintenance operations across the Topanga Sector, including Topanga State Park and Will Rogers State Historic Park. From performing housekeeping and groundskeeping to assisting with minor repairs, operating light vehicles, maintaining facilities, and supporting public safety, you’ll play a key role in keeping our parks clean, safe, and welcoming for all visitors. These positions work closely with maintenance staff and may support multiple park units throughout the sector. This is active, hands-on work that includes bending, lifting, working on uneven terrain, and spending extended time outdoors in various weather conditions. Weekend, holiday, and evening availability may be required. Selected candidates must be able to meet uniform requirements and work up to 189 days or 1500 hours within a 12-month period. These positions are not telework eligible.
