In this role, you’ll: ✔️ Support facilities and maintenance with fleet and administrative paperwork ✔️ Manage Maximo work order tracking, reporting, and asset programs ✔️ Perform data analysis, reporting, and system data entry ✔️ Assist with purchasing, accounting, and financial tracking (FTS system) ✔️ Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and accounting documents ✔️ Coordinate with vendors and district staff via phone and email ✔️ Maintain organized records and support analytical reporting needs ✔️ Contribute to efficient park operations through strong administrative support Location: San Buenaventura State Beach (Channel Coast District Office) Position: Facilities Analyst (Analyst I) Salary: $3,861.00 - $6,464.00 per month Final Filing Date: 5/11/2026 Additional Details: • Office-based position with frequent computer and software use • Supports Channel Coast District operations in Ventura County • Requires a valid Class C driver’s license • Occasional travel may be required • Not eligible for telework; on-site position • Involves sitting for extended periods and light physical activity (lifting, moving supplies, etc.) • May include exposure to environmental elements and occasional challenging visitor interactions Help keep California State Parks running efficiently while supporting the spaces people love!
