Over the weekend, I had the privilege of conducting my third run of Deadlift Kakis. Deadlift Kakis is my passion project to lower the barrier of entry into fitness. It’s free and open to all genders and age groups. When I started going to the gym, I couldn’t afford paying for a trainer to teach me the ropes as I was a broke student. Now that I’m in a position to help someone else, I thought what better way than to teach my favourite exercise. Deadlift Kakis started from a group of 10 participants who saw my social media ads and decided to give me a chance. It’s now grown to 15 participants and 3 assistant instructors. I couldn’t be more grateful for the growth. So if you’ve wanted to give deadlifting a shot, I’ve got 2 more classes for the rest of the year - one in August and the other in December. I intend to continue growing this community for as long as I can, and I hope to see you in one of my classes! You can check Deadlift Kakis out here: https://lnkd.in/gkq88pnJ
