What a week! I had the pleasure of delivering the #Distillation training for the very first time to the engineers of SOCAR Türkiye. Sharing knowledge is always rewarding, but doing so with a direct view of a complex petrochemical site and #windturbines on the horizon makes it even more pleasant. One of the best parts of traveling for training is meeting people again along the way — running into former participants and hearing about their career journeys, and even finding old IFP School classmate at the cafeteria! It’s a great reminder of how small and connected our industry truly is. A big thank you to SOCAR Türkiye for their trust in IFP Training, and to all participants for their great engagement and curiosity throughout the week.
