After leaving AWS, I focused on several TA-related Vibe coding projects, and the prototypes were progressing well until I encountered an opportunity with Snowflake. Basically the Snowman showed up on my doorstep. They introduced me to Snowflake Cortex Code (CoCo), which empowers users to leverage AI for creating personalized dashboards tailored to their workflows. This innovation is particularly beneficial for talent acquisition, enhancing the hiring process with real data for effective delivery. It aligned perfectly with my ongoing explorations. Just 72 hours later, I joined Snowflake as their APJC Recruiter. I have had the privilege of witnessing firsthand how CoCo AI has transformed recruiting. I created my own customized TA dashboard that proactively displays my candidate funnel, the health of each requisition, and prioritizes candidates to connect with, all at a glance. It is truly remarkable! Perhaps all TA department should consider adopting Snowflake Cortex Code (CoCo)
