Honored to bring the Quantum Coalition’s student voice to a global stage—last month our team spoke in front of the United Nations at International Telecommunication Union's AI for Good Summit. Now we’re rolling out our 2025/26 initiatives and inviting new members & partners to help us scale. Switzerland trip recap: Here’s how hosting a booth and giving a panel for the Quantum Coalition went in Geneva for AI for Good 🔹 QC Booth conversations – Benjamin McDonough, Thomas Verrill, Dmitrii Khitrin and I spoke with policymakers, tech founders, and AI teams about quantum‑ready roadmaps. 🔹 FLIQ showcase – Dev V., Nermine Chaabani, Kazuki Tsuoka, and janhavi chaurasia demoed winning projects across education, sensing, policy, and industry. 🔹 Future Leaders panel – We had a candid talk on early‑career wins & blockers for the future of quantum; moderated by Rui Rui Xie and organized by Gillian Makamara —A big thank you to both of them for their massive support! 🔹 Open‑source futures – deep dives with William Zeng & Mathias Soeken on community‑driven tooling—grateful for their practical wisdom and commitment to open‑source quantum projects. 🔹 CERN detour – 100 m underground with ITU staff, FLIQ winners, and Cierra Choucair—whose continued support and collaboration we truly appreciate! 🔹 Quantum for Good branch – ITU has formally launched the Quantum for Good branch, and we’re thrilled to continue working with the ITU and global quantum leaders in this effort. 2025/26 focus areas • Quantum Ambassadors – student clubs × industry mentors • Open‑source squads – cross‑university teams strengthening quantum OSS • Learning‑resource graph + AI tutor – curated, personalised content • Event calendar & micro‑grants – funding + logistics for student events 📥 Get involved • University clubs – join for mentorship, sponsors, and event support • Industry & research partners – co‑write a grant, sponsor an initiative, or help bridge academia and industry through the Quantum Ambassadors program. • Everyone else – view the slide deck → https://lnkd.in/gcKQmbFn and message me to collaborate Interested in collaborating or supporting these initiatives?
