Participants are expected to attend the four virtual sessions and two in-person sessions, along with completing necessary coursework for the program. We encourage tourism-related business and non-profit owners, leaders, and managers to join and learn how the four pillars can improve your organization and our destination! The four pillars include: ✅Internal practices for employee attraction & retention ✅Welcoming customer service ✅Meaningful community partnerships ✅Promoting your organization to an inclusive & diverse audience Participating partners have the benefit of learning from local and state-wide industry members, building relationships with fellow cohort members, and coming away with an action plan designed to make your organization operate better and become more welcoming.
