Daniel is passionate about making sure that patients feel safe and confident with their medications. After working at Cabrini for four years, he shares his favourite thing about contributing to patient experience: “My favourite part is helping patients feel confident and in control of their medications. When someone goes from being unsure or overwhelmed to clearly understanding what they’re taking and why, it’s a tangible impact. That moment - where reassurance and clarity replace anxiety - feels just as important as the clinical optimisation behind the scenes.” Our dedicated pharmacy team work closely with our doctors, nursing staff and other health care professionals to ensure medications are safe and effective and that our patients are well informed and confident with their medications.
