Josepha has been at Cabrini for an incredible 37 years and has loved every minute. Working in Health Information Services, Jo may not always interact directly with patients, but her role has a significant impact on their experience by ensuring that medical records are accurate, complete and readily accessible for medical staff. “My favourite thing about contributing to patient experience is privacy. It’s knowing that a patient’s record has been delivered securely and in a timely manner and that when HIS receive a request, it has been actioned appropriately.” Our Health Information Services team play a key role by managing all patient-related information and data, including medical records, information release and clinical coding.
