Kush, one of our Customer Support Officers can be found working in the Cabrini Support Hub to make sure that our patients are having the best possible experience from the moment they arrive, until the moment they leave. He is passionate about ensuring that patient flow is moving and that the day-to-day operations of the hospital are well supported. “My favourite way to contribute to a great patient experience is organising the chaos behind the scenes (with lots of love and kindness) so that a patient’s journey in and out of the hospital is seamless,” Support Hub is a key part of our hospital that maintains efficient patient flow and ensures our patients are in the best care possible while getting safely from point A to point B. Our Support Hub team has numerous duties including specimen collection, patient transport, mail duties and organising hospital consumables.
