📢Transaction Update: Office building Capital Square in Budapest sold The multi-tenant building completed in 2009 is located in the Vaci Corridor office submarket. It offers a gross leasable area of approximately 34,000 sqm and around 600 parking spaces. Keegan Viscius, CEO of CA Immo: “Based on market fundamentals and attractive alternative capital allocation options, we have decided to reclassify Hungary to a non-core market in 2023. This transaction is a further step in the implementation of our strategic capital rotation programme and on the way to exiting the Hungarian market.” DI Hedwig Höfler, Group Head of Investment Management of CA Immo: “We have successfully completed four property sales in Budapest during 2025 and 2026, including the sale of Capital Square to WING, a property development and investment group in CEE. From our perspective, these transactions highlight two trends: the renewed strength of the Budapest transaction market and the growing demand from owner-occupiers – companies who are taking advantage of current market conditions to acquire office buildings as their corporate headquarters rather than leasing those.
