The project combines a central urban location with a green waterfront setting, an iconic architectural identity by JSWD Architekten, highly efficient office floors and a strong focus on quality of stay, sustainability and tenant experience.   At the heart of Skygreen is its generous, light-flooded atrium with visible timber-hybrid construction and intensive greenery. It creates a unique arrival and communication space, offers informal meeting and working areas and brings abundant natural daylight into the surrounding office floors.   Together with the neighbouring Grasblau office building, Skygreen will form an urban office campus with gastronomy, retail, fitness and conference facilities, high-quality outdoor areas and green decks that open both towards the atrium and the outside.     To mark the leasing launch, we welcomed Berlin’s brokerage community to our Berlin office.
