Meet Tomáš, our Assistant Store Manager, who also works in the Visual Merchandising team for our menswear department at our store in Bratislava, Slovakia! Alongside his regular responsibilities, he ensures that all guidelines are followed and that the department always looks fresh, inspiring, and commercially strong. 💬 "Spending so much time on the sales floor helps me understand what our customers are looking for and present products in the best possible way,” Tomáš shares. For him, the impact of strong VM is clearest when customers react directly to his work. 💬 “When customers compliment the store, try things on, and make purchases — that’s when I see the real impact of what I do,” Tomáš adds with a smile. To implement ideas quickly, he stays constantly up to date and thinks ahead, often even outside of work, which helps him make fast, confident decisions every day.
