A productive morning for my leadership team with this summer’s “Vols in Student Affairs” cohort. This group of undergraduates, from UT and mostly beyond, is spending about eight weeks with the Division of Student Life at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville learning more about careers in higher education. They’re on the best path to understanding how they want to lead with people, prioritize their passion, and serve the student experience. And naturally, the DOS leadership team did an incredible job sharing their professional journey, how we work together, and how we meaningfully lead, with and for, our students and staff.
