As part of the exploring careers project, we were delighted to welcome the preschool children from “DRK Kita Abenteuerland” to BYK in Wesel, Germany, where they had the opportunity to become young scientists for a day. 🤩   Together with our Paint Lab Assistant training team and apprentices, the children playfully explored the world of coatings. Through age-appropriate experiments, they discovered how foam is formed and the role it plays in coatings, using finger paint as a hands-on example.   With great curiosity, creativity, and enthusiasm, the young researchers gained their first insights into the exciting profession of a Paint Lab Assistant.   A big thank you to everyone involved in making this inspiring experience possible and helping to spark children's interest in science.
