👨‍👩‍👧 𝗪𝗲@𝗕𝗪𝗙 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽: 𝗡𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀, 𝗙𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝗕𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗰 — 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆, 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆𝘀, 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗱. Some family stories begin in a cafe, at a party or through mutual friends. The Beganovic family’s story began at the BWF Group. ❤️ Narcis has been part of the BWF Group for over 30 years, Fatma for 27. What no one knew back then was that this would be where they met, started a family and, a few years later, watched their daughter, Dilara, begin her career at the BWF Group as well. 💼Today, all three work in different departments: Narcis in Quality Management and Fatma in the wool processing at BWF Envirotec, and Dilara as a dual-study student in International Business at the BWF Group. 💬“Because my parents work here, the company has never felt like a stranger to me,” says Dilara. Over dinner, conversations would often turn to projects, collegiality or day-to-day work. So when she was choosing her path after finishing school, the BWF Group was a natural choice. 🤝 What do the three particularly value? Their exchange with one another: different perspectives, mutual support and the reassuring feeling of being able to share experiences — even after work. 🌍 For the Beganovic family, the BWF Group means “staying true to our values and down-to-earth nature while, at the same time, being open to new ideas and operating internationally”. 🚀 Looking ahead?
