We are proud to announce the launch of Smart Living II, our second #residential real estate #fund. With more than €100 million raised, we have reached an important milestone for Buysse & Partners. 🙌🏼 This is not a start from scratch. Five years ago, we saw where the Belgian #rental market was heading: private landlords stepping back, demand for quality housing growing. We built Smart Living around that conviction. Today, the result speaks for itself: 22 buildings, 585 units, 100% occupancy across #Antwerp and #Brussels. 🏢 ➡️ Smart Living II continues that journey. At greater scale, with the same DNA: proximity, active management, and operations organised in-house through our Jack platform. Our target: double the size of the #portfolio over the next three to four years through the acquisition of individual buildings and an active buy-and-build approach. ✅ A first new acquisition in Brussels has already been secured as part of Smart Living II.
