A New Chapter at BuyIn!   Yesterday marked an exciting milestone for BuyIn as we welcomed Michael Rubas in his new role as CEO and Samir BENZAHRA as CFO, CHRO and General Secretary.   From their very first day, both Michael and Samir set the tone: energy, engagement, and a strong connection to the business.   Michael’s agenda was already full, with a series of key meetings and interactions from day one: from his first MEA TDC to the Phenix France Steerco, as well as meetings with Orange top management and time spent with teams at the Issy office. A dynamic start that shows his willingness to connect with teams and be present right from the beginning.   At the same time, Samir hit the ground running by balancing first-day essentials with immediate involvement in strategic discussions. Between setting up his new workspace and enjoying the goodies of his welcome pack, sharing a welcome coffee with colleagues, and joining the Phenix France Steerco, he quickly immersed himself in the rhythm of BuyIn.   This first day perfectly illustrates what makes BuyIn strong: collaboration, proximity, and a shared ambition to move forward together.   We are delighted to have Michael and Samir stepping into these key roles and shaping the future of BuyIn. We wish them both every success in this new chapter and look forward to achieving great things together.
