It is always my pleasure catching up with Michael Berg, Director, Channels for DACH and CEE at F5. At it-sa – Home of IT Security, he's someone that everyone knows. I can always get a good pulse from Michael on what's going on in the region. For DACH and CEE, business has been good for F5, which means it's been very good for our Channel. Michael shared the keys to success, which has been Focus. This takes investment but it's paid off for the Partners who have taken that step. While F5 delivers an incredible platform for delivering and securing applications, it takes expertise to deliver the ultimate success of a deployment that provides business value. We further discussed the benefits of subscription models, adapting sales methodologies, and placing security at the forefront. For our F5 DevCentral Community, a lot of our Partners spend time within the Community which raises their expertise in order to deliver on customer value. A highlight for the DACH/CEE region is the number of DevCentral MVPs that reside here. It's all one big ecosystem that makes our part of the industry work as effectively as it does.
