We are #hiring! We are seeking a Factory Tour Manager to lead our Visitor Centre at the home of Butlers Chocolates in Clonshaugh, Dublin 17 🍫 🏭 . This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of the immersive experience that brings our brand story to life through engaging tours, seasonal events and exceptional customer service. As the Butlers Factory Tour Manager, you will: - Lead and develop a high-performing team - Oversee day-to-day operations and visitor experience - Drive bookings, events and performance - Build and maintain relationships with key clients - Collaborate across Retail, Marketing, HR, and our onsite Café We’re looking for a commercially minded, confident leader with a minimum of 2 years management experience, who can inspire and develop the Visitor Centre team while delivering exceptional visitor experiences and championing our passion for chocolate, service and storytelling.
