Hubert Viriot took up the position as CEO of Yotel in 2014. The chain was originally set up by British entrepreneur Simon Woodroffe, who founded YO! Sushi. It's been an early adopter of digital tech, making it easier for people to check in and out by themselves. Our senior correspondent Dougal Shaw caught up with Viriot at its hotel in Clerkenwell, central London.
