Burson took the stage at this year's Mumbrella CommsCon in Sydney, reinforcing its commitment to shaping the future of strategic communications with Global Chief Client and Growth Officer, Michelle Hutton contributing to two of the conference's most important conversations. Michelle joined “The Real Cost of Reputation” panel to spotlight a core belief at Burson: reputation is no longer a soft metric, but a measurable business asset. In a landscape reshaped by AI, consumer polarization, and fragmented media, she and fellow panelists underscored the growing need for communications leaders to clearly articulate reputation’s financial impact to the C-suite and boards.   Beyond business impact, Burson remains committed to building a more progressive and inclusive industry. Michelle also led a roundtable on “Why Do Workplace Harassment, Pay Gaps and Leadership Inequities Still Persist?”, drawing on insights from the @GWPR Annual Index. The discussion reinforced the need for continued, tangible action to drive meaningful and lasting change.   Thank you to Mumbrella for convening such important dialogue. We’re proud to contribute to conversations that advance both the commercial impact of communications and the ethical foundation of our profession.   #MumbrellaCommsCon #CommsCon2026 #Burson #ReputationCapital
