Within this community, our Information Communication Technology (ICT) team works closely with clients, designers, and fellow specialists to embed digital infrastructure as a core design driver, not an afterthought, from concept through to delivery and operation. By designing the systems that enable communication across buildings, from passive infrastructure like cabling and server rooms to active networks and data flows, we help project teams make smarter decisions early, supporting performance, resilience, and future adaptability. Working in close collaboration with colleagues across building services, audio visual, security, and architecture, our ICT team integrates technology at every scale, from individual buildings to complex, connected districts and smart cities. With global experience across sectors including hospitality, stadia, and major urban developments, the team is helping deliver projects such as King Salman Park, where digital infrastructure underpins a comprehensive smart city solution, enhancing user experience, operational efficiency, and sustainability.
