50 years, countless experiences. To celebrate a milestone fiftieth year our colleagues share their experience of working at Buro Happold and the projects, the passion, and people, that make it unique. We begin the series with Claire Drayton. Claire holds a unique role within Buro Happold as our Client Experience Manager. Based in Bath - where Buro Happold was founded - she is responsible for gathering feedback and ensuring we hear how our clients genuinely feel working with us. Client-centricity is an important part of what we do and Claire provides a forum that enables them to speak freely, openly and honestly to an independent consultant. This informs how we work with our clients on projects. Like many of our people, Claire recently celebrated her own major work anniversary. Having worked at Buro Happold for over 20 years, she shares her memories and insights over the years, from joining as a Group Coordinator to her current role working with clients while recollecting landmark projects along the way.
