Burnham NY attended Open House New York's Waterfront Tour last night. Moses Gates of the Regional Plan Association led the tour and shared stories about building development and zoning constraints along the waterfront. Steven Frankel of Dattner Architects also shared his stories of projects his team has worked on in Halletts Point. It was an enjoyable tour with beautiful sunset views along the waterfront!
