Today, Bureau Veritas held its Combined Shareholders' Meeting, chaired by Laurent Mignon, Chairman of the Board of Directors. Hinda Gharbi, our Chief Executive Officer, and Francois Chabas, our Chief Financial Officer, presented the highlights and results of the 2025 financial year, along with its first quarter revenue and outlook for 2026. An update on our LEAP | 28 strategic plan was also provided during the presentation. All submitted resolutions were adopted, including the renewal of the terms of office as Directors for Jean-François Palus and Geoffroy Roux de Bezieux, as well as the appointment of Olivier Sevillia as a new member of the Board of Directors.
