What do independent kitchen retailers really need from their suppliers today? Over the past year, our Sales Manager, George Burbidge, has spent time visiting retailers across the UK, listening to their challenges and understanding what helps them win projects and grow their businesses. The conversations have revealed some clear themes. Retailers are looking for more than products. They want reliable lead times, responsive communication, practical support and suppliers who help them navigate challenges before they become problems. That thinking has shaped many of the investments we've made at Burbidge, including our dedicated Project Team, designed to support retailers with design, quoting, ordering and after-sales service.
