Dmitriy is a software engineer with more than eight years of vast experience in the IT field. He came from space engineering to boost the reliability and performance of software applications. His career in software development started in a company that helps NPPs ensure their safety and increase effectiveness. After that, he worked in the oil-gas sphere on improving the process of designing and operating pump stations. Then, a couple of years in an outsourcing company allowed him to learn the best approaches in communication and collaboration with clients and in top-notched software development. After moving to Estonia from Russia in 2019, he focused on building accurate and solid software in a fintech company with hundreds of thousands of clients. The most valuable aspects of work for Dmitriy, apart from strong technical knowledge, are communication and collaboration. He believes that a good product can be built only on top of good culture and transparent processes.
