It also recognizes the vital role of educators, training institutions, and businesses in preparing the next generation for a rapidly changing world of work. At Bรผhler, vocational training programs date back to 1915.ย Since then, more than 8,500 apprentices have been trained in Switzerland, making vocational training a central part of our contribution to young talent development. This commitment is also reflected in our support for WorldSkills, an international competition that gives young professionals the opportunity to demonstrate their skills. In preparation for the WorldSkills 2026 competition in Shanghai, Bรผhler China hosted a preparatory training program at its Wuxi site.ย Organized by Swissmem, the event brought together teams from China, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, including our two Bรผhler WorldSkills candidates Cyrill Koller (discipline Industry 4.0) and Lars Blumer (discipline Mechanical Engineering CAD). Join us and become part of a global network that thrives on lifelong learning, collaboration, and innovation. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Make your impact!๐Ÿ”— www.buhlergroup.com/impact ๐Ÿ“ธ Photo credit: Swissmem #MakeYourImpact #WeAreBuhler #PeopleAndCareers #InnovationsForABetterWorld #WorldYouthSkillsDay #WorldSkillsShanghai2026
