How does our workplace look through the eyes of our families? Last Saturday in Monheim, we had the opportunity to share exactly that – from behind-the-scenes insights into our production and how motors are built, to spending time together in a more informal setting afterwards. Small group tours through the plant, guided by our apprentices and colleagues, turned complex processes into tangible experiences for all ages. It was great to see how curiosity, questions, and shared discovery brought people even closer to what we do every day. The day continued at a nearby sports ground, where colleagues and their families connected in a relaxed atmosphere – with plenty of activities, good conversations, and a strong sense of community.
