𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲𝘀. With a new, group-wide safety concept for visitors, BÜFA is strengthening safety standards at its sites while making visitor processes more efficient and digital. A key component is the new safety video, which is also being used at BÜFA Composites in Rastede. It conveys safety-related information in a consistent, understandable, and practical manner across all sites. The video is available in German and English, as well as with various subtitles, so that guests can receive important information as barrier-free as possible in their native language. At the same time, visitor onboarding has been fundamentally digitized. Instead of paper-based procedures, BÜFA will rely in the future on a modern system that makes processes more transparent, efficient, and secure. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀: • Digital visitor management • Automatic notification of contact persons • Faster access for returning guests • Structured advance information on data protection and security • Fewer sources of error thanks to standardized processes The new system was developed across all locations in collaboration with employees from various departments and is scheduled to be rolled out in 2026.
