𝗙𝗼𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀: lighter parts, efficient processing, high surface quality. Lightweight parts, short cycle times and high surface quality: BÜFA®-Foaming Resin Systems are designed for exactly these requirements. The systems are based on polyester resin and foamed with special blowing agents. This enables lightweight, semi-structural composite parts with homogeneous foam formation and good processing properties. Depending on the application, different system variants are available: for hand processing in the VEX process as well as for RTM processes. Open times range from 12 to 60 minutes, depending on the system. With BÜFA®-Firestop S 910 Foaming Resin, we also offer a variant with adjustable Fire Retardancy for applications in the automotive and railway industries.
