New client. New partnership. New chapter. 🚀 We are very pleased to welcome Paul Duncker GmbH, a commercial laundry based in Lübeck, as a new customer. As part of a multi-week on-site trial phase, we worked closely with our partner CM2W to install two dosing systems. These systems ensure reliable processes and stand out through their efficiency, process safety, and advanced operational data monitoring. 💡 Our BÜFA ELEMENTS modular detergent system is also in use. It is a flexible solution that can be individually adapted to the specific operating conditions of each laundry. What is particularly encouraging is that it wasn’t just our products that impressed. Our service, consulting, and collaborative approach were also very well received. 🤝 Duncker iPhotex processes many tons of laundry per day in a two-shift operation and brings over 150 years of experience in professional textile care.
