𝑺𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒃𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒐𝒑𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒐𝒏𝒆𝒔 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒍𝒚 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒏𝒚𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈. When I first applied for the 𝗣𝗿𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 × 𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗗 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁-𝗚𝗲𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, I honestly did it just to challenge myself and see where it would lead. I never imagined I would be selected as one of 𝟱𝟴 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 representing 𝟮𝟵 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 across 𝟭𝟬 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀. Looking back now, I can confidently say that every moment, including missing a week of university, was absolutely worth it. Over three incredible days at INSEAD Executive Education Singapore, I had the opportunity to learn alongside talented students from diverse academic backgrounds and cultures, each bringing unique perspectives to every discussion. The programme combined immersive learning with real business challenges. From experiencing a 𝗩𝗥 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 on Mars with Professor Antoine (Tony) Duvauchelle, to learning about teamwork, communication, and delegation, every activity reinforced the importance of collaboration in solving complex problems. One of the highlights was learning 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗢𝗰𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 with Professor Andrew Shipilov, where we explored how businesses can create value by identifying opportunities beyond crowded markets. Applying these concepts to our startup challenge encouraged our team to think strategically and build an innovative business model centred on sustainability and customer value. The leadership coaching session with 真心旺Swee Lin Teoh reminded me that confidence is something we build through action, while the inspiring panel discussion hosted by Kirti Lad and accomplished women leaders offered valuable lessons on leadership, resilience, and personal growth. Beyond the classroom, what made this experience truly unforgettable were the people. The conversations, teamwork, laughter, and friendships created memories I'll always look back on with gratitude. To everyone I had the privilege of meeting over these three days, thank you for making this journey so special. I truly hope our paths cross again in the future, and I wish each of you nothing but success in your studies, careers, and the exciting opportunities ahead.
